You must register (submit Service Request to begin) with us as a client and be in our service area. Once the service request is submitted or you call us at 224-374-1010 (leave a message if we do not answer) we will attempt to get back with you within 48 hours.
Dogs must have a collar and leash and be in a pet carrier. If you have a dog but do not have a pet carrier, we will attempt to provide one for the trip for an extra fee and a deposit. The deposit will be refunded when the carrier is returned if left at the destination.
If your dog has never been in a carrier before, we are not responsible if you or we are unable to get him/her in the carrier. If this happens, you will have to make other arrangements. Cats are required to be in a cat carrier.
Pets must be current on shots. Dogs must have rabies, DHLPP and Bordatella shots. Cats must have rabies, distemper and FVRCP shots. Dogs and cats not properly vaccinated can spread diseases to other animals and humans.
You must disclose to us if your dog has a history of aggression or biting and any illness or injury or is not neutered and in season. We will not accomodate aggressive dogs or ones with a history of biting. As a pet owner, you are responsible for the conduct of your pet and will be held responsible if your pet bites or scratches. We will also not be responsible for your un-neutered pet if it is in season and being transported and a mating accident occurs!!!
